Overhaul procedure
Emi-Mec sell both serviced and fully overhauled machines. We also service and fully overhaul customer's existing machines.
Specification for a fully overhauled Microsprint 50
The overhaul procedure is carried out as follows:
- The machine is thoroughly cleaned & re painted.
- The spindle / collet assembly is rebuilt with new bearings & seals.
- All slides are stripped & rebuilt with new seals & lubricators.
- The gearbox is reconditioned.
- The turret servo motor is reconditioned.
- The hydraulic / pneumatic system is overhauled.
- The electronics are overhauled with new transmitters, receivers & new optic cables.
- The bar feed is reconditioned including a new tube.
- The machine is checked & test run on a full test cycle for 40 hours.
Specification for a serviced Microsprint 50
The service procedure is carried out as follows:
- The machine is thoroughly cleaned.
- The collet assembly is re-sealed
- All slides are checked & fitted with new wipers.
- The gearbox is checked & clutches adjusted.
- The turret servo motor is reconditioned.
- The hydraulic / pneumatic system is checked for leaks
- The lubrication system is cleaned & fitted with new oil metering units.
- The bar feed is checked.
- The machine is checked & test run on a full test cycle for 40 hours.
Specification for a fully overhauled Microsprint 26 or SuperSprint 30
The overhaul procedure is carried out as follows:
- The machine is thoroughly cleaned & re painted.
- The spindle / collet assembly is rebuilt with new bearings & seals.
- All slides are stripped & rebuilt with new seals & lubricators.
- The spindle motor is reconditioned.
- The turret servo motor is reconditioned.
- The hydraulic / pneumatic system is overhauled.
- The electronics are overhauled with new transmitters, receivers & new optic cables.
- The bar feed is reconditioned including a new tube.
- The machine is checked & test run on a full test cycle for 40 hours.
Specification for a serviced Microsprint 26 or SuperSprint 30
The service procedure is carried out as follows:
- The machine is thoroughly cleaned.
- The collet assembly is re-sealed
- All slides are checked & fitted with new wipers.
- The Main Motor is checked.
- The turret servo motor is reconditioned.
- The hydraulic / pneumatic system is checked for leaks
- The lubrication system is cleaned & fitted with new oil metering units.
- The bar feed is checked.
- The machine is checked & test run on a full test cycle for 40 hours.
Specification for a fully overhauled AutoSprint E
The overhaul procedure is carried out as follows:
- The machine is thoroughly cleaned.
- The spindle / collet assembly is rebuilt with new bearings, seals & belts.
- All slides are stripped & rebuilt with new seals.
- The hydraulic / pneumatic system is overhauled.
- The gearbox clutches are re set & the oil is changed.
- The bar feed is checked.
- The machine is checked & test run on a full test cycle for 40 hours.
